Wil, make sure you go to Monument Valley. Explore it for a couple days and shoot the hell out of it. Alain Briot did it, so can you! Make sure you also head to Page as well. While you’re at it Hawthorne, Arizona has some interesting mid-twentieth century kitsch architecture.

When you go through Kentucky, I recommend Red River Gorge. We hiked to the natural land bridge, it took all day but was so worth it… and the best way to see the area… but I think there is also a lift to take you up. Here is a short video when I went! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hiakBtZrV5U

Awesome adventure – I’ll look forward to your posts, many years ago I did a cross country trip and back to visit a Guide Dog for the Blind, I had trained…I spent about 40 days in a 24 Holiday Rambler Class C – I have fantastic memories.
