After requesting her presence in every city with an airport on my way from California to Florida, I finally met up with Meghan- a grade school classmate that I reconnected with last year. She had been living in Florida for the past few years, distancing herself from the cold North Eastern winters that drove me out to California.

To make a long story short, I’m officially +1 for this leg of the trip. After a brief discussion (ok- persuasion), she decided to pack up, wave goodbye to the Sunshine State and hit the road with Sid and I.
